The University of La Guajira, makes available this space that allows the participation of citizens and value groups throughout the public management cycle (diagnosis, formulation, implementation, evaluation and monitoring) in the framework of the provisions of Article 2 of Law 1757 of 2015. This microsite includes participation spaces that facilitate the exercise of social control and citizen evaluation, through permanent accountability processes that must be guaranteed throughout the public management cycle.

PQRSD System: This system addresses citizen requests, complaints, claims, suggestions and denunciations to guarantee a timely and effective response.

Petition or Rights of Petition: It is the right of all persons to request or complain to the competent authorities, either for reasons of general interest or particular interest. This includes respectful requests for information and/or consultation and obtaining a prompt resolution.

Complaint: Represents any verbal, written or digital expression of dissatisfaction with the conduct or action of public servants or private individuals performing a government function that requires a response.

Claim: It consists of any verbal, written or digital expression of dissatisfaction related to the provision of a service or the deficient attention of a public authority. It refers to the non-fulfillment of a right harmed or threatened due to the deficient provision or unjustified suspension of the service.

Suggestion: This is any verbal, written or digital expression of recommendation delivered by the citizen, with the purpose of improving the services provided by the University of La Guajira. This may include recommendations to rationalize the use of resources or make public management more participatory.
