The Plan for the Promotion of the Culture of Control, "We all have Control" contains strategies, activities, tools and instruments aimed at raising awareness and internalizing the exercise of self-control, self-management and self-evaluation, as a habit of personal and organizational improvement.
E’ikaa (que en Wayuunaiki traduce enseñar, instruir), es el personaje representativo del Control en la Universidad de La Guajira, que llegó para ayudar de manera sencilla, dinámica y amigable, a incentivar en los miembro de la comunidad universitaria la Cultura del Control.
