The Statement of Assets and Income is an obligation of all employees of public entities and agencies. It is made in SIGEP and, as enshrined in the Political Constitution of Colombia, Law 190 of 1995 and Decree 1083 of 2015, contains detailed information on income, bank accounts, debts and obligations, assets and participation in boards, boards of directors, corporations or societies.
Who must file this declaration?
All public servants (employees and official workers). Also, those who take possession of a public position in the entities or agencies of the national and territorial order.
