It is any responsible natural person who freely, without labor remuneration, offers time, work and talent for the construction of the common good, individually or collectively, in public or private national and international organizations or outside of them.
Required Documents
- Application form duly filled out and signed, request it by e-mail:
- Legible and enlarged photocopy of citizenship card.
- Original copy of the degree certificate or authenticated photocopy.
- Photocopy of the diploma, letter size, including the text "Registro del Diploma" or original certificate of registration of the diploma with the Secretary of Education (Verify that the diploma registration is on the diploma).
- Three (3) color photos, front view, light blue background, of the same negative, size 3 x 4 cm (3 x 4 cm) (duly marked on the back). Snapshots and digitalized photos are not accepted).
- Recibo o desprendible original de la consignación efectuada por el valor correspodiente a este año (2008). (no se aceptan fotocopias).
Consignment data
- Cash consignment: $ 171.000
- On behalf of: Professional Council of Business Administrators.
- For concept of: Issuance fees.
- Single application form for shipment and certified mailing of your TP.
- You must pay $7,000 pesos in cash for the delivery of documents.
Important
Being governed by Law 60 of 1981, which recognizes the profession of Business Administrator, the Professional Council of Business Administrators can only issue a professional card and registration to university graduates with a degree in Business Administration or Business Administration.
How to do the paperwork?
Go in person with the documents in an official size manila envelope to the University Welfare block, then to the Alumni Center office, contact Emerson Guerra Herrrera or call the Cellular N°: 316 247 2209.
Please note that applications received during the month, and whose documents are in order, are approved by resolution on the last working day of the month. The cards are issued in monthly batches, not individually, and they are delivered starting the last week of the following month.
In case you need a certification that the Professional Card is in process, you must pay the amount of $17,000 to the Alumni Association, which will issue a provisional certification, this certification is provisionally accepted by the entities for labor purposes, while you have the original of your Professional Card.
