The main objective of this plan is to reduce bureaucracy and improve efficiency in the management of procedures and documents, which benefits both the university community and society in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-576ccffe gb-headline-text\">This plan identifies the formalities and procedures that can be simplified, eliminated or automated in order to streamline services and reduce the administrative burden. Clear deadlines and responsibilities are also established to ensure effective execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-db1c2dc2 gb-headline-text\">The successful implementation of a Paperwork Streamlining Plan can lead to greater satisfaction of students, faculty, administrative staff and other stakeholders by reducing the complexity and time required to complete administrative processes. This plan aims to simplify and optimize administrative and bureaucratic procedures, reducing the burden of unnecessary paperwork and improving efficiency in document and administrative management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-1809bee6 gb-headline-text\">During monitoring, a detailed follow-up of the actions implemented within the framework of the Plan for the Rationalization of Procedures is carried out. We evaluate whether the established objectives are being met, whether the time and costs associated with the procedures have been reduced, and whether greater satisfaction has been achieved on the part of the academic community and external users.
